Trust depends on showing how information was gathered, what remains uncertain and how commercial relationships affect the publication. These principles govern all EdTechKit content.
Evidence and language
Published product facts should be traceable to a current source. Vendor documentation, contractual terms, direct product observation and customer evidence have different strengths and are labelled accordingly. We do not use first-person testing language unless the described testing actually took place and can be documented.
Comparisons and verdicts
Comparisons define the buyer, scenario and criteria before drawing a conclusion. Scores are not used as decoration. Where scoring is used, the method, weighting and source date are visible. Limitations and switching risks appear alongside strengths.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly before the first commercial link on affected content. A commission cannot purchase a favourable verdict, remove a material drawback or guarantee inclusion. Sponsored placement is never presented as independent editorial judgement.
Current position: no platform pays for placement, no winner position is sold and commercial relationships do not determine product rankings.
Corrections and updates
Software changes quickly. Material product guides include source or review dates where relevant. Substantive corrections explain what changed rather than silently rewriting a conclusion. Pricing includes a source date and billing assumptions.
Boundaries
EdTechKit provides general software decision information. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or information-security advice. Readers should verify current product terms and obtain qualified advice where their obligations require it.
